Confirm My Purchase is Completed

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do You Ship Overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please refer to shipping cost on section of “Shipping and Returns”. (Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $60)

Free Standard Shipping applies to a total order over $60. If an item in your order does not qualify for free shipping, the entire order is then ineligible for free standard shipping and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of all items in your order.

Missing Piece or Defect

We’re sorry to hear there was a problem with one of our puzzles or games. We stand behind our products and would be happy to send a replacement, free of charge.

To get a replacement, you can take a picture of the EAN barcode (on the back of the box) and a picture of the defect and e-mail our customer support team via the "Contact Us" page on our website along with your full name, purchase receipt (email) and mailing address.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Due to our manufacturing process, we unfortunately cannot send individual pieces to you.
  • If your desired puzzle is not available, we will replace it with an available inventory.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your new puzzle or game.
Do You Send Individual Pieces?

Due to our manufacturing process, each puzzle is uniquely cut, which means that we are only able to send entire puzzles. (For individual games, we can send the components based on the defect)
